POSITION: CFN Tax Coordinator - Part-time/Contract

​This position is essential to the success of our tax clinics, which provide such a valuable service to community members with modest incomes. We’re looking for someone organized, personable, and able to take initiative.

Employment Type: 
Part-time/Contract, 8 to 16 hours per week from January 6 to May 9, 2025 

Location: 
Remote, with travel throughout Haliburton County

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for 16 tax clinics across three towns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tax clinic volunteers, ensuring they have the tools and support they need.
  • Assist with client intake and appointment management as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with program guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Handle reporting and data collection for program evaluation.

Directors at Large serve on the Board of Directors and support the general governance of the agency. Directors-at-Large do not hold an Officer's (such as Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary or Treasurer) position and thus do not have any extra duties associated with those positions.
