Client intake for all of our programs is ongoing throughout the year. We ask that you email, phone or complete the contact form below if you are interested in becoming a member of either of our Food Banks or Heat Bank. You can expect a response within 24 hours or less during a normal business week. To help us get to know each other, we will set up a phone or virtual intake appointment. During this meeting, we will ask questions about your situation and basic personal information so we can better understand how we can help. You can also ask us any questions you might have, too. This meeting and the information you share with us is kept private and confidential. We know that this can be a stressful time. We will do everything we can to make you feel comfortable, respected and heard. We care about you and want to make your experience with us welcoming, encouraging and positive. Everyone needs a hand at some point; we are all in this together! |
